In its 15th year, the Cortland Celtic Festival promises fun and excitement for the entire family. Join us for a day of music, food, dancing, exhibits, demonstrations, and vendors, all with a Celtic flair!

15th Annual Cortland Celtic Festival
at Dwyer Memorial Park
6799 Little York Road, Preble, NY  13141

Saturday, August 22nd | 10am-5pm

Sunday, August 23rd | 10am-3pm

Admission: $8 Pre-Sale / $10 at the Gate
Children 15 and under free if accompanied by an adult.

We will have Irish Dance groups from across NYS, Celtic food and gift vendors, Celtic Musicians, Pub Tent, Medieval SCA re-enactors, Fingerlakes Pipe and Drum Band, Kids Games and, of course, Class A Heavy Athletics of the Scottish Highland Games on both days.

As you all know, putting on a festival such as ours takes a lot of behind the scenes activity and advance planning. The new venue last year – Dwyer Park – provided a wonderful backdrop to all of our hard work and it was a great success. A number of people approached us to say they would love to be a part of it all. read more

  • Setting up the Athletic Field – pre and post
  • Hanging up posters
  • Working at the Entrance

Monthly meetings: Held at 6:00pm on July 30 and August 13 at Dwyer Park or when raining at Clark CPA, PC in Homer on Rt. 281. We may occasionally host our meetings in Dwyer Park as well, weather permitting. If interested, please contact us for specific location times and any other information.
